The meeting today (9.4.2024) is cancelled for lack of quorum.
The proposed Declaration of Trust Amendments were not approved by the required 67% of beneficial interest.

Hi, Why does the cancellation message state that the amendments are not approved yet, the PDF reads, "We are pleased to certify that the quorum is 33.446% ... the results are as follows..."pleased??" If this is not a favorable outcome...ie not approved??? Confusing messaging.
